The packaging now uses more expensive nylon bubble wrap for cushioning. Either way, please share your feedback once it
arrives.

For controllers shipped before April, the RS232 chip on the mainboard is powered by 5V, which may cause the chip to
burn out or break down. We recommend inspecting your mainboard and, even if no failure has occurred, performing the
following jumper-wire modification to switch the power supply to 3.3V. First, cut off the original 5V power supply
trace.

Then, connect pin 1 of the chip to the middle pin of the AMS1117-3.3V (i.e., the 3.3V output).
Controllers shipped after April have already been fixed with this jumper-wire modification.

Compensation Plan:

For units where the chip has not been damaged and is still working normally — if the user performs the jumper-wire
modification to 3.3V supply themselves, a refund of 100 RMB will be issued.

For units where the chip has already been damaged but the user is able to replace the chip themselves and restore
normal operation, a refund of 150 RMB will be issued.

For units where the chip has already been damaged and the user is unable to resolve it themselves, a replacement
mainboard will be shipped free of charge, or a full return and refund will be provided.
